Welcome to CHENILLE. By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any Orders placed by you are bound by these Terms and Conditions.



All Product prices are in pounds (£) sterling and are inclusive of UK value added tax ("VAT") (where applicable), at the appropriate rate, and are correct at the time that the Product Description was first entered on to the Website. Prices of Products may change from time to time and any promotional discounts or offers may also be withdrawn at any time.

Although we try to ensure all our Product's prices displayed in the Product Description are accurate, errors may sometimes occur.





 CUSTOM ORDERS - (3-4 weeks)


If you wish to return a Product, it should be requested online within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once confirmed by us about notification of return, we must receive this within 7 days of our response.

The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Please note you can only exchange products for a different size, based on stock availability.

Shipping is complimentary on the replacement if product is damaged, but exchanges made to destinations outside of the U.K. will be processed for customs clearance and therefore any relevant import duty and tax charges will apply. All items returned for a refund, postage must be paid by the sender.

Any custom made orders are non- returnable, due to being made made to measure; exchange will be offered if damaged. If sizing was provided by customer & not correct, this is not the responsibility of ours at Chenille.

Any Sale or promotional items are non returnable, they can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the item for another item of the same value.



Products must be returned in a sellable condition meaning that they must be unused and in their original packaging with all CHENILLE designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any Product that you wish to return and make any deductions if there are indications that the Products having been used, removed, broken or tampered with.

Where provided, belts and any designer packaging should also be included with your return.



Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 7 days of purchase. Products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty Product instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same Product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty products. If it cannot be repaired or the same Product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.



We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all Product Descriptions are correct at the time when the relevant information was first entered onto the Website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or embroidery of our Products. What you see will depend on your computer equipment, screen or monitor and we are therefore unable to guarantee that a Product's images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
